60 Days out or less we will use this hourly rate of 300.00/hour if the date is available.

Charities/non-profit groups are 50% off the hourly rate.
*Set Up- We will set up all of your tables, chairs, linens (yours or ours) in any way you wish so you can walk in and be ready to decorate.
*Firepit- We will manage and stock plenty of firewood to keep a fire going from Dark time until you are ready to leave.
*Horses for photos- Just choose the color and the ranch hands from our neighboring horse ranch will be there at your desired photography hour. Choose Black, White, Brown or Paint.
*360 Photo Booth- Unlimited use for up to 4 people at a time. This booth is a hit as you take your own videos on your devices and can then upload them as you wish to your friends or social media.
*Linens- You can bring your own or use ours for the cost of cleaning/pressing. Currently that is $7.00 each.
*NEW* In-House DJ Service- 5 hours of playing time with no charge for setup or takedown time. Full DJ, Emcee, wireless microphones and playlists (or you can provide your own). Just $500.00 TOTAL. No Tax, fees, travel fees etc.. One less vendor you have to worry about. DJ or venue manager will even attend your rehearsal at no additional cost.
